TaskniTo

Web Redesign & Brand

Case study
(ongoing project)

Role: UI/UX Design, Visual Direction

TaskniTo is built on exchange – helping each other get things done – and offering people a chance to earn along the way.
It’s about connection, simplicity, and purpose. That’s what resonated with me from the very beginning.

When the team first reached out, the platform wasn’t launched yet. They had a logo and a basic design, but big plans. I saw an opportunity to build a brand that feels approachable, helpful, and community-driven. A space that encourages people to support each other while respecting their own time and energy.

What started as a collaboration on social media visuals and design direction naturally evolved into a full website redesign.

Project goals

🧭 Clearly separate the experience for task creators and taskers to support different journeys
🧠 Improve readability by using a clean type system and better content hierarchy
🎨 Craft a visual identity that feels warm, trustworthy, and community-driven
Simplify the interface for better orientation and smoother pre-launch use
🌱 Support brand growth by building a design system ready for future scaling

My role

When I joined Tasknito, the idea and concept were already well thought out – what they needed was a visual direction and user experience to match.

We started with simple visuals and social media assets, but the collaboration naturally grew into a full website redesign. I brought clarity and structure to the layout, created a friendly and consistent design system, and helped shape a visual identity that feels approachable and trustworthy.

My role was about translating their solid idea into a design that makes it easy to use – and easy to believe in.

Visual & UX Direction

The overall goal was to support the brand’s values visually – clean, warm, useful – and help people feel they can trust the platform even if they’re seeing it for the first time.

Hero section: I added a real photo and simplified the main message to make it feel more personal and inviting.

Typography: Unified the entire site with Poppins, a readable and versatile screen-friendly font.

Structure: Clearly separated flows for task creators and taskers to reduce confusion.

Navigation: Reduced the number of icons and streamlined the header for better focus.

Layout: Designed a logical, scannable layout that’s easy to navigate and explains the value upfront.

Microcopy: Added friendly tone of voice touches that support clarity and connection.

Next steps

I’m currently finalizing the full website redesign, tailoring the experience for both mobile and desktop users. Once the structure is complete, I’ll hand off the final assets and stay available to support the implementation.

I also plan to observe how real users interact with the platform and remain open to refining the experience further.
I’m genuinely excited to see Tasknito take its first real steps into the world.
